Disney World – Day 1
That’s right! We made it to Disney World today, and we have officially begun our vacation. I’m so excited!
We finally arrived at our resort, Disney All-Star Movies, around noon, today, and got all settled in.
Guess what?!? There’s a HUGE Woody and Buzz right outside our room.
(Note: Mark thinks that the fact that I wrote “a huge woody,” in this blog, is HiLaRiOuS.)
After we had a DeLiCiOuS lunch, we got on a bus to explore Downtown Disney.
I’ve been to Disney World before, but NEVER like this! This is AmAzInG!
We walked around Downtown Disney, went in an out of all the shops, and looked at everything. The stores were so neat! Annabelle wasn’t quite sure what to focus on, because there was so much going on, in every direction, at all times.
We, then, had a wonderful dinner at Capt’n Jack’s. We ate so much that we had to bring our deserts back to the resort with us.
The bus ride back to resort was a bit crowded and hot, but well worth it. We got back to our room, put on our swimsuits and hit the pool.
Belles did GREAT! I was so proud of her. She wanted to kick and splash, and was not afraid of getting water in her face, at all.
By the time we got back to our room, and got everyone cleaned off and ready for bed, she was pooped. She was asleep within minutes. I think we wore her little butt out.
Now that munchkin is asleep, its time to do a little planning. Tomorrow will be Animal Kingdom, and Tuesday will be Magic Kingdom. (We’re definitely taking full advantage of the early Extra Magic hours, when we can.)
The biggest downfall of Disney – they charge for EVERYTHING, and its never cheap, to include internet. Therefore, I will only be posting pictures and blogs a couple of times during this trip. My next post will likely be Wednesday night, as long as I’m not completely exhausted that night. LOL.
So, I shall close as I always do:
Annabelle, I will love you for forever and a day.
